The Mama Bear & The Bali Gurus Vol 1

A few years ago, I was one of those who wanted to study to be a life coach.

All these cool people lived in Bali, and if they didn’t live in Bali, they had their own community or lived in the countryside.
So cool, right!?
You meditate day after day. You help people. You channel. You conduct retreats.
And you are the chosen one to whom the source has given the power and strength to speak.

Yes, my previous text was said through sarcasm.
But to be honest, there are still many such people worldwide.

I will say here that for those who that suits or like it, please use the knowledge, channelings. This is not bad.
It is important to recognize whether this suits YOU!

Feel in your body does the information being shared is right for you

When you go to a webinar or at the meeting.
You sit there conscientiously- that right now the secret of your soul’s pain is revealed to you.. and at the same time you feel in your body that-
“Ah! Crap! My body feels bad! My stomach is tightening and cramping a little. But it’s okay! I will immediately learn a new truth!”.

Honey! You have contradicted your own body and your body cannot absorb this information. Whatever the reason is – either the current environment, the event organizer is not suitable, or your body is simply not ready to go through it and needs a little more time.

There are indeed moments when there is a very unpleasant feeling in the body and we have to go through it directly. BUT! You also recognize this moment.

And if someone on the sidelines or the event organizer starts telling you how they know what’s right for you… please don’t listen to them.
You’re doing yourself more harm than good.

And if you now go against your body and pressure it to say, “No! I have to accept it because Z and G told me so! They know better what’s right for me!”.
Then you’re actually separating yourself from your body even more and your original worry will either increase or you’ve created a new wound for yourself.

Various practical healing exercises

There are tens and tens of thousands of different practices in the world that can help us.
Many of them are ones that you can do at any time, even at work, in the store, at home, cleaning, doing sports, etc.
There are also many different spiritual or soul practitioners.
It’s not really the case that you pick 1-2 and only they are suitable or that they have to be suitable for you.
No! You choose THROUGH your own intuition who and what is suitable for you!
Just because your friend was suitable for someone’s guru’s help doesn’t mean it is suitable for you and vice versa.

For example, I have been on both a gong hypnosis journey and a breathing journey with a friend.
The gong hypnosis journey suited me very well, but for my friend, it was quite pointless. She said that nothing happened to her. Only the sounds were beautiful.
And during the breathing journey, I was the one who didn’t have anything happen. But my friend experienced a huge release.
Later, my friend went on a second breathing journey and it helped her a lot too, I didn’t go there anymore.

However, I went on a gong hypnosis journey a second time and my friend didn’t come along.
While the first time I experienced an expansion and my memory was restored (I didn’t remember many years of my childhood), the second time the room was so crowded that instead of a pleasant relaxation, I came home with a huge amount of anxiety and the energy of several other people.
So for me, the evening ended with a greater purification of my energy. All in all, it wasn’t a nice event.

What I want to say with my example is that different solutions suit different people.
And it is also important to recognize those moments when the same practice no longer suits us at some point or for some reason, and then either take a break from it or stop using it.

Don’t push yourself to heal

Don’t start healing yourself if you’re not completely on the spot. Or if you’re not ready to deal with this topic.
I’ll give you an example.

I’m extremely interested in the topic of past lives. Over the years, I’ve read books on the topic, watched videos on the topic, etc.
I would really like to know what my past lives were like.
But I still haven’t gotten over that certain click, that “Now, I’m ready! Now I want to go deep into this topic!”.
Since I haven’t got that click, I’m NOT going to force it down my throat either!
That “See! You said you were interested in this topic!”.
I’m interested, but I’m not ready to receive this information yet. And in the meantime, I’ll get to know this topic briefly.
And if, for example, in two days that click happens and I have a HUGE inner feeling and desire that I want to know more about it, then I will deeply dive into this topic.
But for now, I’m openly interested in it, but only briefly.

What do I want to say with my story?

There is no one-size-fits-all truth.
It’s like believing in a Source. One calls it God, another Allah, a third says the Universe, a fourth simply calls it the Source, etc.
It’s important to listen to whether the person who is conveying the information is right for you or not.
And the same goes for the topic itself. Just because someone talks about something with a lot of energy and is so passionate about it doesn’t mean it should be right for you.

And that’s also why I try to talk more about my own life experiences and add examples. Some have said that I’m like a peer support/ peer counselling (I haven’t studied that). Others say that I’m like a mother or an older sister.

No matter how you feel, my wish and thought about everything related to Krapsakas is that you start to think for yourself what suits you and what doesn’t.
So that through such a feeling, you would finally dare to express yourself even more confidently and make better choices.
No matter who or what you listen to, it counts. It’s always up to you to think and listen to your own body – “Is this my truth? Is this right for me?”.
And draw your conclusions from it – if this information suits you, then accept it. If it doesn’t suit you, then close the tab.
Because we all have answers that suit us. My truth may not be your truth and vice versa. But at the same time it can be.

And it’s also important to remember that we all change over time.
Our beliefs change.
Our outlook on life changes.
Our opinions change.
