Some time ago, in a driving school theory lecture teacher said the phrase “The question is not whether a car will come from there, but when it will come”.
There was a topic about “be careful, limited visibility area, turning point”.
But this sentence stuck in my mind and at one point I noticed that I use this same idea in many different areas of life.
But I especially often use it with topics that I manifest/invite into my life.
New job, many readers for Krapsakas’ blog, a larger regular customer base, etc.
On the one hand, such a trivial sentence, but it has taken a lot of stress off me.
I don’t need to know when I’ll get a job. I know I will (edit- I got a job – yay ☺️). The question is not whether it will happen, but when it will happen.
And if I know it will happen, I no longer have to worry about when it will happen.
I don’t need to know when a larger following will start reading Krapsakas. I know it will happen.
And why I know these things will happen is because I BELIEVE in them.
I am convinced of them.
I have set these things as my goals and I work regularly to make them happen.
But for now, I have taken the time pressure off.
Things do take time sometimes.
An old Estonian saying is “Kaua tehtud kaunikene”.
A robust translation in English would be “Long time done, beautifully done”.
Which means that the result of things done carefully and calmly is better, of higher quality and more lasting than when done in a hurry.
It’s not a matter of whether it happens, but when it happens.
It’s like ordering food at a restaurant. It’s not a matter of if the food comes, but when it comes.

With love,
Krapsakas Agnes
